我们收集的数据
- 您在问卷中填写的护照和旅行信息
- 用于订单交付和支持的邮箱和电话
- 通过 Stripe 的支付元数据（我们不存储卡号）
- Google Analytics 使用数据（仅在您接受横幅 Cookie 时）
- Google Ads 转化数据（仅在您接受 Cookie 且启用 Google Ads 时）

- HttpOnly order access cookies so you can review and download your PDF
- Locale preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE)
- Wizard draft answers and cookie consent choice in your browser localStorage
Geolocation
On the success page you may optionally share your device location once to sort nearby immigration offices. We do not store your coordinates on our servers.

PDF 交付后30天内删除加密答案，除非法律要求更长保存。下载链接7天后失效。

处理方
我们使用 Stripe（支付）、Gmail/Google（交易邮件）、Cloudflare R2（临时 PDF 存储）、Sentry（带 PII 脱敏的错误监控）和 DigitalOcean（应用托管）。Google Analytics 和 Google Ads 仅在您接受横幅 Cookie 时加载。
Visitors in the EEA and UK
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process analytics and advertising data only with your consent (Google Analytics and Google Ads). Our lawful basis is consent. You may withdraw consent via cookie preferences. Data may be processed in the United States by Google under their standard contractual terms.
