Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

• Thông tin hộ chiếu và hành trình bạn nhập trong bảng câu hỏi
• Email và điện thoại để giao đơn hàng và hỗ trợ
• Siêu dữ liệu thanh toán qua Stripe (chúng tôi không lưu số thẻ)
• Dữ liệu sử dụng Google Analytics (chỉ khi bạn chấp nhận cookie trong banner)
• Dữ liệu chuyển đổi Google Ads (chỉ khi chấp nhận cookie và bật Google Ads)

Geolocation

On the success page you may optionally share your device location once to sort nearby immigration offices. We do not store your coordinates on our servers.

Lưu trữ

Câu trả lời được mã hóa sẽ xóa trong 30 ngày sau khi giao PDF trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu lưu lâu hơn. Liên kết tải PDF hết hạn sau 7 ngày.

Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể yêu cầu truy cập, sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu bằng cách liên hệ qua email trên biên lai.

Bên xử lý

Chúng tôi dùng Stripe (thanh toán), Gmail/Google (email giao dịch), Cloudflare R2 (lưu PDF tạm), Sentry (giám sát lỗi có xóa dữ liệu cá nhân) và DigitalOcean (lưu trữ ứng dụng). Google Analytics và Google Ads chỉ tải khi bạn chấp nhận cookie trong banner.
