개인정보 처리방침(PDPA)

본 방침은 TM7 Ready(태국 등록 사업자)가 태국 개인정보보호법(PDPA)에 따라 데이터를 처리하는 방법을 설명합니다.
데이터 관리자

수집하는 데이터
- 설문에 입력하는 여권 및 여행 정보
- 주문 전달 및 지원용 이메일과 전화번호
- Stripe를 통한 결제 메타데이터(카드 번호는 저장하지 않음)
- Google Analytics 사용 데이터(배너에서 쿠키에 동의한 경우에만)
- Google Ads 전환 데이터(쿠키에 동의하고 Google Ads가 활성화된 경우에만)

- HttpOnly order access cookies so you can review and download your PDF
- Locale preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE)
- Wizard draft answers and cookie consent choice in your browser localStorage
Geolocation
On the success page you may optionally share your device location once to sort nearby immigration offices. We do not store your coordinates on our servers.
처리 목적
TM.7 PDF 생성, 결제 처리, 다운로드 링크 제공, 서비스 개선.
보관
PDF 전달 후 30일 이내 암호화 답변 삭제(법률상 더 긴 보관 요구 시 예외). 링크는 7일 후 만료.
귀하의 권리
영수증 이메일로 접근·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
처리 위탁
Stripe(결제), Gmail/Google(거래 이메일), Cloudflare R2(임시 PDF 저장), Sentry(PII 제거 오류 모니터링), DigitalOcean(앱 호스팅)을 사용합니다. Google Analytics와 Google Ads는 배너에서 쿠키에 동의한 경우에만 로드됩니다.
