• פרטי דרכון ונסיעה שמזינים בשאלון
• אימייל וטלפון למסירת הזמנה ותמיכה
• מטא-נתוני תשלום דרך Stripe (איננו שומרים מספרי כרטיס)
• נתוני שימוש ב-Google Analytics (רק אם מאשרים עוגיות בבאנר)
• נתוני המרה של Google Ads (רק אם מאשרים עוגיות ו-Google Ads פעיל)

Geolocation

On the success page you may optionally share your device location once to sort nearby immigration offices. We do not store your coordinates on our servers.

שמירה

תשובות מוצפנות נמחקות תוך 30 יום ממסירת ה-PDF אלא אם החוק דורש שמירה ארוכה יותר. קבצי PDF פגים מקישורי הורדה לאחר 7 ימים.

זכויותיכם

ניתן לבקש גישה, תיקון או מחיקה של הנתונים שלכם בפנייה אלינו בדוא"ל שבקבלה.

מעבדים

אנו משתמשים ב-Stripe (תשלומים), Gmail/Google (אימייל עסקאות), Cloudflare R2 (אחסון PDF זמני), Sentry (ניטור שגיאות עם הסרת מידע אישי) ו-DigitalOcean (אירוח אפליקציה). Google Analytics ו-Google Ads נטענים רק אם מאשרים עוגיות בבאנר.
