API documentation

TM7 Ready exposes a small Worker API. Static pages do not invoke the Worker.

• GET /api/health — public liveness {"status":"ok"}
• GET /api/status — request-budget parking flags
• POST /api/checkout — create order + Stripe Checkout session
• POST /api/webhooks/stripe — Stripe events (marks PAID only)
• POST /api/orders/:id/pdf — upload browser-filled PDF
